·      Kavinsky pacific coast highway.

·      In Kavinsky pacific coast highway it uses many elements of gang like themes but it also has a retro theme as well. This could be classed as a gang themed video as the man in the car is trying to get away from the police. In this video it is showing the realization of life and consequences that can follow but in this video it is very techno and very hyperactive as it’s a man escaping from the police. It also shows the recklessness that road rage could cause.

·      Arctic Monkeys Do I Wanna Know

·      In this track it isn’t featured around a gang story but more of a romance like love story with a sort of punk vibe this music video is all animated and uses animation to create an alternate universe were there are very kooky aspects of the world. This song is about the travel through craziness and despair to get to the women he loves this shows his determination to get to her.

·      Oasis Champagne Supernova

·      In Oasis Champagne Supernova the music video is very relaxed and very colorful as the video refers to people being high it creates an atmosphere that makes the viewer look at the screen and think that the main character in the shot is high this is more of a laid back song and creates a very relaxing atmosphere.

·      Gorilaz Feel Good Inc

·      In Gorilaz Feel Good Inc the song features on a floating windmill this is signifying a parallel reality and the main characters in the video are actually all cartons this creates a more punk like character creation and it intrigues the viewer of what’s happening.

·      Gorilaz Stylo

·      This track from the Gorilaz I chose specifically because in this race video it uses star power as it uses Bruce Willis in it this uses star power but the main theme is a race across a highway with some violence and it a very punk themed music video.

·      The Verve Bitter sweet Symphony

·      In this track the song itself is very uplifting and catchy but the music video its self is quite odd as the main lead is walking down the road without any consent of what he is doing but he keeps repeating that he can change this involves him bumping into people and walking over a women’s car this is his life laid out on the pavement it resembles all of his misfortunes and the things which he has done wrong.

·      Stereophonics Maybe Tomorrow

·      In this track it has a narrative about a musician coming to fame by making a new song this makes him very popular this music video reflects upon his life as an upcoming musician as he is having parties and having a good time. At the start of the video he uses a metronome.

·      Daft Punk Da Funk

·      In this music video it features a man with a dog head, which really resembles a mask, and the character is walking around with an upset personality. Depression for example but toward the end of the video he finds someone he cares about this then makes him very happy and the whole video is based around him trying to overcome this sadness within himself.
